  • Monolithic insulation techniques = no thermal shorts to reduce R values
  • Walls and ceilings are constructed so that air circulates around the insulated space to lower the inside/outside temperature differential and reduce the heat load on the conditioned space.
  • We use Thermax™ insulation because it is the most efficient insulation per inch of thickness-more than twice as effective as fiberglass and 1.5 times more effective than the best polystyrene foams.

Fire Safe Construction

  • Exterior walls can be constructed as fire rated assemblies
  • Thermline Buildings use only Thermax™ Isocyanurate insulation products. Thermax insulation products have been subjected to extensive fire response test and are recognized by Insurance Service Officies (ISO) for the lowest possible rates. Thermax insulation is also approved by the ICBO for use without 15 minute thermal barriers and by Factor Mutual Research for use as exposed interior insulation.

Panelized Construction

  • In Thermline Buildings the insulation is installed in panels to form a monolithic envelope around the insulated space that is completely independent of the exterior walls and roof of the building. No structural members penetrate it and the unique Thermline fastening system eliminates "thermal shorts" through the insulation. It also permits panels to be installed fast and provides a positive seal at every joint.

Maintenance Free Interior & Exterior Finishes

  • INTERIORS: A choice of durable interior finishes are available including white embossed fiberglass, painted galvanized steel, aluminum, plywood, and gypsum board. Also available to meet USDA and MID requirements.
  • EXTERIORS: White Thermline roof panels can reflect up to 80% of solar radiation. The factory-applied, baked-on finish is designed to be maintenance free for many years. The same maintenance-free panels are used in a variety of color and profiles for exterior walls.
