Our Team

Jason is a second-generation entrepreneur and cold storage construction industry leader. He has exclusively been building food processing facilities and cold storage facilities for the last 25 years. He has managed all aspects of these projects from planning though construction to the final commissioning. His ability to tackle any challenge, listen to his customers and lead a team are his greatest strengths.

As Chief Financial Officer, Mike is responsible for all of the company’s financial functions, including accounting, audit, treasury and corporate finance. He also oversees and manages the firm’s human resources activities. Hi career spans more than 25 years of construction experience in financial management, business leadership, and corporate strategy.
Prior to joining Ricker Thermline in 2022, Mike served as CFO for Becker Electric, a public works contractor in San Francisco from 2017 to 2022. Before that, he served as a fractional CFO for multiple small to mid-sized companies in the San Francisco Bay Area from 2010 to 2018.
Earlier in his career, Mike held the Controller position for a publicly traded software company after working as a Senior Auditor for Ernst & Young LLP.
Mike is a licensed and active CPA in the State of California and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Central Washington University.

Throughout a career of nearly 30 years, Mark has gained a comprehensive list of refrigeration/HVAC trade skill and cold chain industry knowledge having worked in roles as a journeyman refrigeration installation foreman, service supervisor and construction manager. Upon completion of his bachelor’s degree in business management, Mark embarked on new roles and responsibilities in his sales and management career with positions as sales executive, national sales manager, to his current position with Ricker Thermline. Mark is also a United States Marine Corp veteran.

With having worked in various roles within the food industry as a District Manager for a large frozen foods company, to extensive construction and management roles, Keith brings a wealth of experience to all facets of the Ricker Thermline business. With the experience and a proven track record of managing our talented team of installers, to estimating and overseeing some of the largest cold storage projects in the U.S, Keith is an asset for any customer who has an upcoming cold storage project being planned. Keith is also a United States Army veteran.

Ben joined the Ricker Thermline team in April of 2022 with previous experience as a Project Coordinator in both commercial construction and traffic management. Ben graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Construction Management in November 2020 and has lived in the East Bay Area for over 30 years. Ben provides project support and overview to Senior Project Manager Ramon Herdocia and V.P. of Operations Keith Pelton.

Ramon has a 25-year career in the construction trade by way of previous positions with Home Depot as a project manager for their construction services division, to working as a project manager for a general contractor that specialized in tenant improvements within the challenging SF Bay area. Ramon has worked with many of the nations largest food industry clients while managing various new construction and expansion projects.

Keith has nearly 30 years’ experience in the refrigeration industry and has held positions as service technician, area supervisor and service/energy manager along the way. Keith’s experience in the industrial refrigeration industry involves all facets including design, installation, service and preventative maintenance for both cold storage and food processing facilities across the United States.
